The misology about this is destroying real health. There is a definite attitude of misoneism. Doctors are telling us there is an epidemic of arrhythmias. Exercise more. Now exercise pundits tell us that gym exercises are not all that beneficial unless done in this new way p.a.c.e. This is based on the fact we were originally hunters and we ran, rested and relaxed and then ran again. So the new idea is sustained exercise in the home or gym for ten minutes or so and then rest for fifteen or twenty minutes.
All this to get rid of tension, body fat and strengthen the heart muscle, after all it's only a pump. Or is it?
There is some new information arriving regarding the heart and heart centre. The heart has a complex of some 42,000 neurons which are a kind of brain and intelligence of its own. The Institute of HeartMath have detailed information on this.

When we focus on an area around the heart encourage compassionate or heartfelt love, we come away from logic and brain head stuff and the heart then can send messages to the brain and get into a meditative or coherence [slightly different from meditation.]
The breast bone from the tip of the sternum to the dip by the collar bone is said to contain seven minor chakras and they open when the heart itself is transformed and opened by heart love, not to be confused with emotional overtones. This is the complete heart centre, the seven minor chakras, the major one and the heart and the mystical chamber between the divide in the heart. This activation is now very intense and is probably along with world tension at the collective unconscious level and media level one of the many contributory pressures to cause these arrhythmias. As the Cosmos steps up or revs up its intensity so the Central, Sun local, Earth and so forth get energies which are transformed for the Life Units to ascend.

My rib cage feels flattened and is there is a pressure of weight on my chest, breathing then becomes laboured, blood pressure rises and if caught in the fear I get negative, this then causes the irregularities in the heart beat rhythm. Incidentally a number of cardiologists I know they are trying to persuade their colleagues to get away from the 'the heart is just a pump and should beat like a metronome' , however it can be an indication of a mechanical problem, yet the underlying cause can be blocked emotions of the heart. The lack of receiving and giving love, which when unconditional maybe the same, receiving and giving are complimentary pairs, not polarities, so the balance is heart warming.
When I then focus on letting go of the fear, I get my rib cage expand and my head becomes upright and I listen to my heart in stillness, all is well. My heart is bursting to break free and unconditionally love, it actually feels how love hurts, and it is the pain of love. It is love calling for the walls of separation, judgement to be suspended. I yearn for my heart to expand with love, burst its boundaries to become a radiant light of love. A solar heart full of warm healing, abundant soaring energy.
Should I be aware enough, my heart sings to me, talks to me and often I see the blocked past emotions and experiences pouring out, the painful experiences where I was not open and mature enough, loving, understanding and forgiving and how these were there to open me up as of now, to be the trusting, yet wise and discerning being I am growing into.
I love this feeling of my ribcage expanding; it feels my chest cavity is not large enough to contain my opening blossoming heart. I feel the seven sternums chakras opening I feel it is near to my throat now. I feel like two songs 'sweet lord, sung by the beetle George Harrison' and the 'The Hills are alive with Music' by Julie Andrews. Sometimes these energies are so strong they make me feel dizzy, they rush up the neck and there cause it to block as there is so much to get through that narrow cluster of nerves. The shoulders tense up over the excitement of the impact of the transformation energies as they congregate eager to infuse the brain neurons with heartfelt compassion and joy.
I know in my heart the Universe and that which gave birth to it is a loving compassionate being, a being beyond human comprehension. I know that this being speaks in whispers to the busy mind, and if we become still we catch the feelings. The great Oneness communicates with us in feelings. These feelings may translate to words, actions, experiences, thoughts, and images. The trick is not to involve the cultural heritage the museum of the past to infiltrate the purity of this communion.
I ask what the direction do I take now is. What is my future? At this moment no more workshops, teaching, counselling, psychotherapy, seemingly a stagnation. But no, it is to grow in love, expand the heart, and be a body, a person, full of grace, power and love. This is not decay or stagnation; it is rejuvenation, regeneration, not necessarily of the body but of the purity of Heart.
I wonder if the heart becomes so aflame, so full of afflatus, that one day it bursts out and becomes a heavenly body, a mighty sun warming and sustaining life forms in its system, a local heart centre, or a quasar pulsing love bursts throughout its known vicinity, its propinquity. 'How I wish Upon a Star, I wonder Who You Are'. I wonder if these are great beings of Light Love Energy, I wonder if that is what we shall all be, I wonder at the wonder of it all. Who am I? I am that with that all. Makes no logical sense in way, but it feels darned good and connected.
A lot of folk have been getting a kind of 'astral' recall. Mine came as a mixture of reality, Charles Dickens ah la Sherlock Holmes era of a kind. It commenced as a voice within relating this 'there is nothing that belongs to me, not even my body, only memories to take over. Do I want to live in an astral world of dreams, recalls, makeovers, old memories, dreams of year's gone bye, and old fantasies like hungry ghosts?'
Then came the astral projection a part of this a reality as it were. The experience; - The canal path, dark and foreboding, hazy sulphur coloured dirty lights, and looking out of my bedroom window long tall giraffe like sulphur coloured street lights, both superimposed on each other, a shadowy haze around the roof tops of the houses nearby and the same luminance around the wood yard. The dark river Lea, the barges, the wood yard with the aroma of cut wood, shavings and pine. The Dickens, Sherlock Holmes dimly lit narrow streets, threatening and yet mysteriously inviting. Thrilling and emotionally evocative, imagination running riot fear and thrill so close and yet so far apart. Reminding me of another Life, the murky distant past, partially obscured obliterated details, like the faded writing on worn etched old grave stones.
The eerie sound of a passing train in the distance, the muted hoot of a small boat horn, the swans and ducks forming with the tangled weed an intrigue that teases the memory of subconscious denizens, my ancient past. These depths coming to the surface to be faintly and yet so sharp at times to be recognised as the karma of long ago as unfinished business. Like the indelible imprints left on carbon paper. Yes, now to be seen as fleeting messages, experiences that the halls of the unconscious bring to light, reminding one that the slate has to be wiped clean.
Oh memories of memories there is no place for you, so be gone, leave and let the inner gaze be free and pure, unsullied and untainted, no tint or seductive echoes like the siren calls from the depths. Set me free of this apparition and let me be a true reflection without distortion. Then I heard a faint melody from a popular song the 'echoes of the mind'.
Some years back I spoke with a sub mariner and he said that when they had to run on silent so as not to be detected, sometimes only a radar 'ping' or complete silence, there was this eerie silence, enforced and everyone praying they would not be depth charged and so forth. He said he still feels this eeriness as is from a sub world. I could relate to this. When you truly feel in your body these experiences, the other person can feel your resonance so there is a bond. The sailor felt this and we had a bond and empathy. This is true sharing and sometimes healing, therapeutic.

When I say creativity this is not being a great artist, writer, athlete a celebrity or outstanding achiever, no, no, no, being yourself, self acceptance and if this brings fulfilment in the way of joy, inner peace that is not reliant on external materialism alone. Then what are you? A true functioning compassionate and aware human being. One has found their true niche whatever and where ever one is and in any circumstance.
