A few thoughts and experiences which are for me most important. Although FKN NEWS may contain explicit language and contents for me I get a laugh as well as great insights put succinctly. Then some wonderful insights by Dean Radin in a short video. THIS IS VITALLY IMPORTANT AS WE GO OUT OF CYBER WARS TO MIND WARS AT ROUGHLY THE END OF JUNE 2011.

Many folk have contacted me and stated that their minds were racing and although long term meditaters and the like, the incessant mind stream and inner chatter was prolific to say the least. They said the mind chatter was incessant and dreams just amazing and waking tired. Some felt desperation and pinned down, trapped.
Many tried healing, chanting, prayer, breathing, we are talking long, long term self growth, meditaters, therapists and several 'guru's'. I too have had this in short spells just recently.
Explanations did not suffice, sharing was cold comfort ' nice to know I am not alone in this mire'. Many tried 'New Age ' ideas sprung on them by 'way out 'meaning' friends only to get short relief and then hit back with a real whammer. Witnessing was a slight relief and then it seemed to go from the head stuff to the body.
We do work in relays so that those who chirp up merrily and say 'I'm OK, have you been to a doctor, health professional and you know I am on frigid ice cubes which Saint B recommended and blessed, you should try it, it messes up your relationships and sex life, but the risks are worth it'. And you know what it could work!!!!!.
The energies are such that they are accessing the parts of mind/body interfaces and are 'flushing out', purging, detoxing all of the hidden recesses. Hence the sweating and cold, the intense pressure forcing release.

I found two experiences helped me, I got into a desperation as I floundered in the 'squash game' that went on in my mind. A plea would go out God help me, the ball hit the wall and bounced back, that was the feeling, Buddha help me, Christ help me and wherever my desperate mind sought help, no avail.
Then an inner whisper 'STOP', there is no answer of help out there. 'THERE IS NOWHERE TO GO'. Suddenly a great silence, a great hush and peace, I was an unidentified awareness just aware of Itself.
My ego hit back and by doing a large exercise routine I have been doing lately it kind of threw off the body stuff.
Then today [May 19-05-11] again a kind of gentle intensity I realised there is a beingness beyond the witness[hard to describe these inner experiences], I witnessed myself witnessing, I was aware of my awareness, like ' I am aware I am watching TV or such like, when I do this, I find a natural detachment, this I can do but it is a reminder to witness. I still feel the content of the scenario but not the 'clinging emotions', there is a sort of bland smoothness without boredom.
Then it hit me, the witness then becomes ITSELF without reminders, NOT A CONDITIONED REFLEX, it then is immersed in whatever and is not on the outside that is:- I am watching the TV and aware of it—rather than be lost in the drama. THIS was different:- How so? I whoever this awareness is, was inside and out, in fact there was no separation and the reactive emotional part of the mind, maybe the ego remained quiescent.
It was then Dean Radin's email video came to view, and the realisation of HOW the mind grasps the 'idea' the thoughts that prevail in the media, our past and how we build this network of thoughts like particle layers, layers of the cake, stories in a building. The building becomes a HUGE TOWER BLOCK, a monster of seemingly indestructible concrete and iron work. This becomes double, trebled and many times more as we build this up from country, work, religious increments until it becomes WHO WE ARE, and yet THIS IS NOT WHO WE ARE. Then at deepest part deep down of ourselves at the Collective Unconscious we are swayed by unconscious automatic prompts from media, to friends and the whole shebang. Lost to ourselves and yet know no other self.
It is here that the CYBER WARS END AND THE MIND WARS BEGIN. [see MAY 3 AND 4 UPDATES 2011 CHARTS AT END OF UPDATES]. The videos above depict this. So how does freedom from this begin?
The witness gives one a glimpse of the ' unreality we live in', the intuitive knowledge begins to 'let you see through the illusion'. You may see from FKN NEWZ, David Icke, Alex Jones, Jeff Rense, Forbidden Knowledge and umpteen other sites[ which the Authorities wish to close down and have passed laws to do so], this awakens the intellect.
Stage 1: We become intellectually enlightened as it were. At this stage it is possible to go mad, disheartened, and cynical and become depressed and morose.
Stage 2: Joining a community, a spiritual path, give myself to God, surrender to Life. Many shop around only to find no answers, or become so brain washed they think they are enlightened and start proselyte processes. [This process of converting others means safety in numbers and feeling family we all feel the same and we are secure, we wave the same flag, I support this way, team, religion, political party—one may say well we have to have something—see later on deep intuitive knowing is sufficient].
Stage 3: One realises that this is all in the mind and even with long term prayer, meditation and such it is still difficult to dismember this awesome structure. WHY IS THIS? Because we are using the mind to dismember Itself which it built in the first place to be Its Home and Castle.
As we come deep into the quantum field of ourselves, we know there is every possibility and probability and we see from the many quantum videos that the mind interacts with this seamless whatever. Here we can cut the 'ties that bind', 'the tethers that hold us firm' not by prayer, intention or methods, but at this deep level which as Dr Radin says' no electron is isolated' it is all a matter of information and relationships.

Here there are no theories, mind movies, here there is freedom, exchanges of information, a network of Cosmic interchange. Here we are one with the all and all, and we see not by logic, intention, but by being one with Ultimate Knowledge and Information, that the strands of our Life by THE IMPRISONING MIND CONSTRUCT, falls away. Like the towers that hold the Rockets to take the shuttle away, we blast free from the gravity of our old world and BREAKTHROUGH into free flight.
It here or wherever here is that we float free and LIFE AND OURSELVES ARE ONE. There is an intuitive understanding of Life in this world and we take away the energy we invested in this material conundrum. When many minds free themselves, we become one mind, similar to the collective unconscious BUT aligned to the COMIC INTENTION.
We then become Cosmic Beings in whatever 'body' is destined for us and maybe we may become inter dimensional beings while still in some form of 'physical body'.
Maybe this is third way as in my Inverted V, the tip over point, the Prigogine Dissipative theory and so on , the next step in evolution
With a few more days and nights of the Mayan Calendar left and the end Oct.28 2011 with the sub title Fruition and the culmination perhaps in Dec2012 or whenever, we find ourselves in a different space. Certainly unsubscribing to the like of the information of Alex Jones and company and the elite/illuminati we break free from the energy that they put out to bind us with the super glue of fear.
Running away, forcefully willing to stop the agenda from happening, distraction and comfort pleasing will only add fuel to the mind games to come.
Dive deeply into the ocean of Being, find the Cosmic Plan for You and bring it to the surface and spend it Wisely in the Market Place.
